No, sand mode will be more aggressive and divert power to the rear wheels as much as it can where sport is still FWD biased and will only divert when it senses potential or actual slip. Sand and mud can feel a tad bindy on pavement close to how a a true 4x4 would feel.Isn't Sand mode he same as Sport mode?
