I swapped out my orange trays on both of my Mavericks for charcoal (found on Amazon for $29)...the look is less "jarring" if less "youthful".

My Mav is ceramic coated...a foam...wait to work...and a quick mitt scrub...rinse....and the truck gleams...I do recommend a ceramic coat....and on my FXR gloss black wheels, the foam does the job.

My seat of pants feel was that the hybrid XLT that I drove was much less "fun to drive" in terms of response to pedal input...enough so that I went with the Ecoboost.... It felt lighter on its feet.

I neglected to say that the $1000 below was predicated on dealer financing...he did match my credit union rate...

I drove both hybrid and 2.0...bought the Ecoboost XLT, Lux, FXR. I like the peppy feel of the 2.0 with the 8 speed versus the 2.5 hybrid with the CVT transmission....I gave up fuel efficiency for the fun of driving...a good trade in my book. A ton more torque available in the 2.0...I noticed...

We just bought a 2024 XLT FX4 and, while looking, saw a tan hybrid on the dealer's lot and my wife noticed a discolored area of the dash...it looked like a swath cleaned with something that discolored it.

Maybe it is just me...I recently bought the 2024 XLT FXR.... The hybrid that I drove did not respond as well to the gas pedal...I liked the Cactus Grey of the hybrid XLT but the 2 liter's pep was more what I wanted... The FX4 package ? The wheels...loved the gloss black...the Pirelli...
