The Official Ford Maverick member is an absolute waste of space. Two weeks ago I reached out to them to try and find a fuel pump for my new Pickup. They said they would look into and assign me to a team that would expedite things. THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, Rant over. Nothing from these folks, nothing but i got assigned some Number. Whoopee I have a number. They finally said today that the service manager where the pickup is my best contact, well no $hit Sherlock. So why not just tell me you were useless two weeks ago. I understand through the dealer July11th is the earliest for now.
