I thought I'd seen a post on the fuse boxes telling what each position powered and whether the power was continuous, on only when vehicle was on, etc. But I can't find it. I have a chart of the positions, but it does not say when each is powered. I can make some logical deductions and test, but it would be so much handier if there was a chart. Does such a thing exist and if so then where?
Thanks.
UPDATE: See attached PDF. Having not had a response, I used my multimeter to check the passenger side fuse box with the vehicle off. I used this mapping for the descriptions. I left a blank column in the file where you can write in the equipment you have added by tapping into a fuse.
On my Maverick, I tapped into the shared positions 1 & 2 to use with this USB charger for a phone cable I brought up to the bottom of the phone rest under the center console and for a dashcam. I tapped into fuse position 20 for a pair of these USB quick chargers. I brought one cable up through the tray above the LCD display and one into the cubby to the right of the LCD display. I have phone holder magnets mounted in those positions and I want any phones connected to be able to charge when the vehicle is off. I used this tap for the shared fuse positions and this tap set for position 20.
Thanks.
