Congratulations! I did the same thing and mine will be shipped to me next week. I did have to pay a little over MRSP but it is worth it. I sold my previous car for 5 k over what I paid for it so it was worth it. We were down to one car and I would have had to buy a junker to cover until my early November order was filled. Which was probably in the fall if I was lucky. I hope you all are able to get yours also. They are out there. So good dealerships are not jacking up the price if you can find them.

I doubt he forgot. I don't think Maverick's are THAT hard to find as long as you are willing to pay the mark-up.

Very Nice. Color I. place. my. order in. november as well. but. I was never asked for. a deposit,but. an. order in paper trace and signature so all was legit mine is ecoboost xlt so. I am hqppy as well its a great. buy

Very interesting. Followed that link, it took me to a site with a few local dealers. Saw one listing that had a familiar seeming VIN ... sure enough, the VIN of my very own ordered (July 21) Maverick., which I'm led to believe will be built sometime next week!

Edit: "My truck" is listed on the Edmunds site, (@MSRP) but not on my dealer's site, (so far). However, the dealer site is offering an XLT EB 300A and floor liners for a mere $15,700. ADM.

Congrats. Love the Area 51. Best color for the Maverick IMO. You sure lucked out to not only find one on a lot but to get the trim and engine configuration you wanted. Hopefully the dealer didn't throw in a b.s. ADM.
