Well, Monday June 13 was the day in my dreams. Took delivery of my Area 51, Hybrid, XLT with Luxury package. My journey with Granger Motors was incredible. It began 10 months ago with honest people, honest conversation and finally straight out detailed closure. My patient wait was rewarded and I am crazy with everything I ordered. Sitting on the backseat was Fords complimentary console kit as promised. I was in and out of the dealership within 40 minutes after a flawless finance visit with Javen , a walk through demo with my champion sales person Chip, and a brief visit with extended service plan expert Brooke. I waited a few minutes after arriving because a "kid" was taking delivery on his new Ford Lightning (that was fun to watch) but then it was all about me. Drove home 250 miles in 95 degree heat and mpg shows 41.3 . I will post more later about the trucks specifics. I know some of the Ford frustration continues for many of you at the corporation level. Keep up your suggestions. This is all about the shout out for Granger Ford, an amazing transformation of a very small town dealership finding a way, within 3 years, to now lead nationally in so many ways. This forum has kept me well aware of many things and I will continue to watch and learn. Thank you for your contributions.
