Stock radio clips around volume 22 and even lower volume levels when hot from what I’ve read and heard from my installer.

wondering if anyone has been able to change the as built data in to allow full range out put on the stock radio?

Highest I go is 20, usually at 15-17 all stock except for a boss loaded sub, haven’t noticed any clipping.

Maybe clipping is the wrong term. There seems to be some screw stuff happening above certain volumes that the acm needs to see a speaker load for…

It’s a known issue on non b and o systems across some of fords model lines. Problem is nobody has figured out what the configuration should be in forscan to anllow the acm module to output full range.

I’ve seen another member here had an installer use these https://www.audiocontrol.com/car-audio/accessories/ac-lgd/

It would be nice to adjust the acm with forscan
