tomorrow I am going to Walmart and paying CASH for a bunch of Burner Phones!!!

WM will have a video of you buying those phones, whose IMEIs are scanned upon purchase. IMEI scan allows the device to be activated (proof it wasn't a shoplifted phone). If you've ever used a card to pay at WM, they know who you are from face recognition that can cross-reference all your purchases - cash, card or app pay.

Run, but can't hide.
