Ford Tracking System webpage not working?

I have previously been able to put in my VIN and order # into the Ford Tracking System page but now, it begins to process (shows my VIN in the URL) and then goes back to the initial page asking me to put in my info again. Is anyone else having this issue?

FWIW, details of my Mav order/build are in my signature block.

I'm glad it's working for you, but that makes me more concerned about my build/order. I've tried Chrome, Firefox, & Safari - same results on each. Sure would be nice to have some communication/transparency from Ford so folks know where they are in the queue. Sigh.

EDIT: Tried the VIN lookup tool here on MTC and it says "Can't Retrieve This VIN"

Thanks - this site pulled up the data that was consistent with the last time the Ford site worked for me. Added to my bookmarks.

I called Ford Customer Relations this morning and they were able to find my VIN. Sadly, the dealer was no help . Out of some respect I won't list the dealer name although I'm not sure why I'm giving them that benefit. I was not able to use the tracker on my computer, but I was able to enter through Safari on my iPhone. I use Google on my home computer. No actual schedule dates yet but it is nice to have a place to follow it (the dealer obviously isn't going to do this for me)
