Ford server down?

Just spoke with Ford’s rep about the fact I didn’t get my 45 day Maverick update. The rep told me their server is down, and they hope to get it back up by the end of the month.

They must be using an old TRS80 (Trash80) hooked up to a 300 baud modem.
Then again, it is Ford.

If true, could explain why it appears the scheduling week got pushed back a week, why they don't appear to be scheduling much of anything this week for that matter.
