Ford Rev hard roll up cover missing Ford logo

You mentioned a video, would you mind posting a link or steer me in the right direction? I'm in the same boat as you.

My dealer supposedly filed a claim with Ford, but I've heard nothing in 2 weeks, imagine that

Lonesome Glove mentioned the video. We just loosened the bolts and pulled the cover until it met the bed. These are not water proof, so I'm ok with a little water. I got the hard roll up for security.

I've watched these videos, but they don't seem to apply to the hard roll up I have, maybe I'm missing something

Hopefully the dealer comes through, in the mean time, I'm going to call Ford to see if a claim was ever processed

If you loosen the bolts and pull it towards the tailgate and have someone tighten them, you should be good to go. Unless it's defective and made too short.

I have this cover. I bought mine used from the forum (whole story altogether). Mine has the ford logo, except the one bar of the logo is somehow printed off center and slightly to the right! So 3/4 is in alignment with 1/4 off to the right. Mine has the felt and a number of the seals/felt peeling off as well. It’s really a bummer because it is the best looking cover in my opinion and I really like it otherwise. I’m considering taking it off and attempting to re-glue everything.

Got my cover yesterday and installed it. No Ford logo when it's rolled up. This was the reason I chose this cover. The accessories page does not show it rolled up like it used to (deceitful). I call the number on the instruction sheet and they confirmed that it has been removed. They have received many calls about this. Only upside is I got 20% with Ford code and shipping was only $19.

Thanks. I have one on order. It's good that I now know what to expect and wont be disappointed. I also ordered mainly because I think the logo looks pretty cool.

One last question before attempting to move the cover rearward. I have 2 concerns. 1 is that the rubber seal at the front of the bed is perfectly in line right now & may lose it's seal. The other is that the roll up rubber may be too tight against the tailgate after moving rearward.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

The seal at the window should have been installed as close to the bed as possible, not up against the glass. I closed the tailgate before tightening the bolts to check that they touched. This is my first rodeo with one of these and it turned out ok. Not sure dealer install would have been better. Maybe have the dealer take a look for they're opinion. Good luck.

Been to the dealer, not much help.

I did loosen clamps & move it back 1/2" & am happy with it so far, just wish the rubber seals on top were not cut short

I just received mine yesterday. I'm assuming it does not have the logo as well but haven't opened the box yet. But I am happy that the new versions do not have the felt underneath. That would drive me nuts, hate dealing with adhesives. Thanks for sharing.

I'm not disappointed with the missing logo now. It's closed 99% of the time, so having the upgraded plastic is a bonus.
