How exactly do they work?

Is it true that I get some when I purchase a new Ford? How do I make sure I get them?

I've seen lots around here about people using them to purchase accessories. The one accessory that I think I'd like to order is floor mats. Assuming I get points with my purchase, is it enough to get a set of front and back floor mats? If so, how do I do that?

I don't know about what the points do, but make sure you do the Ford pass app and then give that info to your salesman.

You get 42000 points for getting a maverick. About $210 worth. Use them for service, accessories, etc…

You can also get Ford points with the Ford credit card. Which is a great rewards card if you are responsible with credit cards. I got my card a couple months ago and have $90 in points. By the time I get my truck I will have enough to buy it out right.

When I bought a Fusion and my wife bought an Escape in 2019 we got 42,000 on each vehicle. We have used the points for serving (oil change, etc) and still have points left.

Apparently the floor mats are sold out right now. I had them on order through Ford Parts since 11/28 and just received a cancellation email. Tried to go back in and reorder and it says "SOLD OUT" you cannot even add it to your cart - only request that they notify you when back in stock. Got excited when I saw the email thinking they shipped finally - and then when I realized it was a cancellation. I'm researching alternates, but I'd like to use my points for it too.
