So I just finished installing. Did not have to remove radiator and condensor. I basically tilted the bumper support and shroud together to the floor, after unlatching the 2 radiator clips. I did the job alone, highly recommend another set of hands, it was a bit$h to get it all back together and lined up. Hardest part was getting the radiator rubber bushings back into the bottom of the shroud housing. Doing it alone took me about 2.5hrs. Thanks for all the input.

shame no one offers charge pipes for the maverick , cause it would be a perfect time to do them

Yes. The 4K Tow package uses the same OEM intercooler that is in the standard EB.

There are arguably even better intercoolers than the Ford Performance variant, but they generally require destructive modification to the active "slats" in front of the radiator area.

Ford Dealer installed mine. No extra parts required or modifications - “plug & play”. I’m assuming they followed the instructions per Grammatron’s attachment above. Removing the grille & bumper seems like a pain - but worth it!

My question is how much fuel economy/power improvement? What other mods do you have (cai,tuner, exhaust etc)

I know that i gained a solid 1.6 mpg+ under normal driving , there is defiantly a rolling power increase , and that was with exhaust kn drop in and a gfb blow off already installed tremor w/ bfg ko3 245-70-17

No noticeable improvements that I feel - but my ECU definitely “appreciates” the cooler air. I also have a catback that I installed to improve sound not mpg or performance. Waiting for the S&B CAI to improve sound not performance. Some folks upgrade their sound system, some folks (me) never turn on the “radio”
