For my month old Maverick this is now the second time on a weekend my Mac Ford Pass app will not connect to vehicle, likewise the dashboard at Ford.com shows old data. I've driven the Mav all around town and still shows 17hr old data and will not connect. Last time two weeks ago I disconnected the app, dropped the Mav, added it back cycled through the process several times to no avail. Then, Monday morning when I was to call customer service, it reappeared again, as if Ford servers were offline for the weekend. But there is no outage notice that I can find. Any ideas on what to look for?

Another reason I will be installing the keyless access pad in the event I want to lock my keys in the truck and my phone FordPass App fails 🤷🏼‍♂️
Glad that the 2023 Lariat Lux came with the keypad on the drivers door pillar.

Your 12v battery is failing just like the rest of us are experiencing. When the battery starts to die from sulfation it only charges up to just shy of 12 volts. When the battery sits for a few minutes or so it can drop to 11.5 volts when the deep sleep problem occurs that unfortuanely stops the communications through FordPass, which is completely unacceptable to those of us with a 2023 Lariat that Ford chose to eliminate the remote start capability via a physical keyfob. We can only start the vehicle remotely via the app. The Maverick Hybrids have a very poorly designed and implemented charging circuit that does not properly or adequately charge the 12v battery. Ford has promissed a recall to be issued by the end of March with a fix to corerect this. I have been told that it involves more than just a software update, and an AGM battery. Likely changes in the DC-DC converter circuit to provide for a more rapid recharge, which is absolutely needed or the Maverick will keep killing the 12v batteries again and again.

Interesting. I would offer this data point. Yesterday when it wouldn’t work, the car sat for almost 24 hours and then magically it started working this morning so if it were a battery issue, I would speculate that that would persist through this morning yet Ford Pass was responsive and snappy this morning without the car being run or the alternator charging up the battery

I have a 25 Mav XL. under 1K moles so far. F Pass was working fine till a couple days ago. tried to remote start. Never did. was reading this thread from a week ago ir so. said to pull fuse #11 ans put back. did that and miles and fuel in app updated. tried remote start a little later..... nothing. Decided to try fuse again and while there I pulled and put back about 5 times. Checked app. Updated. tried start. Nothing. Dec ided to reboot the Andriod phone and as soon as it started the Restart, the Mav started remotely. Glad I was still outside with it. Stopped and started several times with app. all successful. Has been ok since.
Previously had 2019 Ranger with no such problems.
