Ford Pass App not showing Recall

Hi, for those of you that have had a recall, did it show up on your Ford Pass App? I have a recall (23C04, 4k tow trailer lights not working, missing wiring) that has never showed up on my Ford Pass App. I have received a letter from Ford for the recall, but the app is not showing. For those that recalls did show up, what did you see on your app? For what it is worth, I have been in touch with Ford Pass call/chat about a dozen times and have reloaded the app, signed in and out of the app, refreshed all pages of the app, verfified app version and ios version are up to date, tried a different phone with the app, still no recall showing on the app.

Hi GPSman, this is a completely different recall isse that I posted, has nothing at all to do with the current hybrid recall.

My recall was over two months ago, has nothing to do with why recalls are not showing for the latest hybrid recall.

Don't see any recalls listed for the vehicles in my virtual Garage via FordPass app. They do show up at the following sources:

Ford - https://www.ford.com/support/recalls/
NHTSA - https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls

Or just contact a dealer to enquire...

Thought I'd seen them in the app before but now they must be hiding really well.

I was wondering the same because you would think the app would tell you. It can give you a service warning and I feel like a recall falls under that category.

From Ford:

For vehicles added to My Vehicles, the FordPass App will alert you about open Field Service Action and Recall Programs.

• Messages on your Home screen notify you of services and recalls.
• View important notices by tapping on them.
• You can also view notices within messages by tapping on Account and then on Message Center.
• Tap a specific notice for additional information.
