You may know this but just for those that might not, I didn’t and couldn’t find it here. My Ford Pass quit working. I finally called Ford. Apparently, when I got the last software recalls it turned off the modem that sends the information to the Ford Pass app. The fix was to go to the https://www.ford.com/support/sync-maps-updates/ website on a computer and download the latest Sync3 update. It fits on a 32 GB flash drive. They are in a zip file, three files need to be unzipped and the only thing on that flash drive. Just plug it in and it will start the update, takes 15-20 minutes and your Maverick needs to be on the entire time. (Full instructions are on the website.)
*Just a note: My in the entertainment center in my Maverick it said it was up-to-date. Ford told me that was because the file is too big for WiFi.

Thanks, John. I don't know what Ford Pass is. Or Sync3 or WiFi or 32 GB flash drive. But, I am perfectly happy with my 2022 XL Hybrid. Sincerely, Dumb and Happy

Thanks John...I'm doing the download right now. Since I bought my truck used from a Chevy dealership, I'm having to learn all these ins and outs mainly from this forum so information like what you provided is so greatly appreciated!

On my wife's Bronco Sport updating Sync3 fixed the Sirius to FM issue.

I have to take my truck in for the latest Sych refresh/recall that just came out - received letter. I am hoping they do not screw up the current functioning apps. I can use my phone with andriod auto and simply speak to my phone to play any song or group on my phone (4 GB of songs) using google with the poweramp app on my phone. Cannot get this to work on my chevy C8...so Ford has that beat!

With Ford dropping the "add sevice option" on the FordPass phone add I will bet they screw this up too. They have a bad record of breaking things that actually worked at one time. Poor software engineers.
