Has anyone who ordered a hybrid Maverick in September/October of 2021 that received an apology email from Ford receive the Fits accessory package after the delivery of their 2022 hybrid that Ford was giving because of having to wait so long? I contacted Ford after getting my Maverick and they told me it was limited,Contact your dealership. The email that was sent did not mention limited supply! Has anyone received this apology gift from Ford? I’m still waiting….hey I waited 1 yr 3 months for the truck!

I received mine the day after I bought my truck. They found it in the Parts Dept. and called me to pick it up. Don't use it, but I've got it.

I got my truck, just no FITS kit. Hang in there, I LOVE mine.

When I bought my Maverick, I had printed a copy of the free FITS kit email so they knew what I was talking about. They didn't have my kit at the time of purchase. Eventually they just gave me one from another Maverick order because I kept bugging them about it.

September’21 order, picked up November ‘22, including the FITS carton.

The contents IMHO were unremarkable and paled in comparison to the hype and fanfare this system began with, which included QR code’s scattered about, options for ‘makers’ and ‘hacks’ and an infinite potential for 3D mods.

Only the trash bin is being used and it doesn’t completely fit/lock into the female slot. The bin WILL hold the water bottle (sloppily) that won’t fit in the door panel (another disappointment).

A promising component that came up wanting, over promised under delivered. Fortunately, a 1st World problem…
