Ford Maverick Window Tint to Reduce Heat

Here in NJ all tint on windshields or front seat side windows is illegal. I do see many cars with it though. But I don't want an excuse to be pulled over.

Here in South Carolina you can only darken the two front side windows and windshield so much, which is not as dark as the factory rear side windows and back window.

The jury is in. Was quoted $700 for ultimate ir all 4 windows and the back window. Here is how they measured before:

From the factory, the rear and back windows already have decent uv/ir protection. So I only got the front done since I wanted them tinted anyways. And after:

I don't know if my two front windows have 20 or 30 tint? But they are lighter than the factory backs. But they do help!

my local shop quoted me for ceramic IR $500 and Ultimate IR tint $700 all the way around. any idea if that is good or a rip off?

As an addon my dealer was 325 for ceramic +uv+IR99.9%+ I elected to skip windshield $100 more. Regretting not doing it

You can get 5% +99%UV +99.9%IR for windshield! Almost no visible tint. (I think the 5% Is actually a CYA figure).
