I used to adore the Brat/Baja for a long time...but now this makes the Maverick look huge!! Subaru has a big task ahead if it is going to compete with the Maverick.

Funny - I generally describe the Maverick as Ford's version of the Brat/Baja for the folks that haven't heard of it.

Yes, most of my other video comparisons make the Mav look tiny when I park next to other trucks. My guess is if Subaru builds another Brat, it will be more like the size of the Maverick.

If Subaru were to build one, I would guess they would use the Outback or the Ascent. Ascent-based BRAT/ Baja seems like it could be about the same size?

I agree an Ascent sized pickup would likely be perfect for Subaru!
