The other day I finally got to sit in a Maverick and check out how it feels and I have to say I do not have an issue with any of the OP's gripes. I guess it has a lot to do with what vehicle one is coming from. I do not need all that technology to help me drive. I've been driving just fine for 58 years now running without backup alerts, blind spot alerts, lane keeping alerts, advanced cruise contro and an AI co. pilot. :ROFLMAO: .

With that said, I do like cruise to help me save gas on a trip and the backup camera because my range of motion is limited turning to the right as opposed to turning to the left due to Mr. Arthur Rightus.
That Arthur sure do get around doesn’t he!

Agreed, agreed, agreed. I always thought that a Ford “Lariat” edition meant it was loaded but seems like everything is an ad on with a sizable addition in $.
What is missing on the Lariat?

60/40 split rear seats, so you can access the storage area W/O removing car seats or anything else that might be on the bench.

I would like a 12" infotainment screen w/sync 4 but it is hardly a deal breaker.

I would have easily paid $1k more for a higher quality interior (softer touch plastics with higher scratch resistance).

I wish Ford would offer the 2.0 Ford Performance tune for the Maverick so I won't void my warranty going with the Livernois tune.

Fog lights - but I will be working to add @Diode Dynamics C1 pods, the brackets and bezels from @Justin.23 at jjc-llc.com, and then finding an appropriate OEM (I think F-150 works) lighting switch with fog light button to forscan it all together.
