Can someone tell me if the Ford drop in bed liner has cutouts marked for all the interior bed configurations? I know it has cutouts for the cubbies, 12v connectors, tie downs, side rails, etc, but the bed has many other pre-drilled holes for drainage, adding additional tie downs, and whatever else. I’m getting conflicting answers from dealers and would like to know if I can add additional items to the bed after installation based on whether or not the bed shows where those connection points are.

And can someone explain the purpose of some holes like the ones around the cubby in the photo that have a rubber gasket inserted in them?

The modular liner has markings for just about everything on the back side, from the youtube videos I've seen. Mine was factory installed, so I cannot say for sure.

The rubber gaskets can either be used drain holes, or for running electrical wiring.

I put my bed liner in myself. Removed all the tie downs and then used a box cutter to cut the openings for the passenger side cubby and the driver side invertor/bed light. Was actually easy as it's rather pliable plastic once it's warm. Had to drill holes for the tie downs along the side of the bed by the cab and the top ones back by the tailgate. The lower tie downs have a space already removed.

As for the drain plugs on the sides? No. Kinda have to freehand those with a holesaw. I didn't cut them out yet as I'm not buying my sliding locking tonneau yet (too pricey yet for my situation). But once I do, I'll remove the side panels of the liner and use a smaller hole saw than the actual rubber grommet plug and just eyeball it.

And just so you know, there are tiny circle as guides for where to set up the center of a holesaw for the tie down track and for the holes to bolt the tie downs. Kinda wished I took pics of the backside of the panels.
