If I buy the car I should be able to do what I want with it. Flip it or burn it.For whom: The Buyer or the Flipper?
Seems like Ford is trying to prevent immediate flipping as the buyer will have to wait one year before reselling. This should result in more vehicles in the hands of buyers who actually want the vehicle for their own use.
If you don't like the terms of the Contract, nobody is forcing you to buy a Ford Lightning in the first place . They are not putting the clause in on deals that have already been made .If I buy the car I should be able to do what I want with it. Flip it or burn it.
Ford needs to get there shit together and start meeting supply demands
Stop using Covid as an excuse
Based on the suggested language in the memo to dealers, it looks like it would be up to Ford to decide whether to go after someone who sold their Lightening. It's not a lien, and it wouldn't trigger automatically.I do think however a person should be able to sell it for what they paid for it in the first year of Contract.
You are really out of touch with reality. I guess the inflation we are seeing has nothing to do with Covid and supply and demand also. Gee I also wonder why ALL the dealer lots are not filled with new cars as they once were.If I buy the car I should be able to do what I want with it. Flip it or burn it.
