Yes folks, Ford still severely messing up my monthly payment to account. This time, I want to take things up a notch!
I need to find out what banking service is behind Ford Credit. Or any lother leads I can get, for filing an official complaint against them, for the serious mishandling of my account.
Once against n claiming overdue, which is NOT true. Can't access my messages, from them, since I get the warning: You are Not authorized to access this account.
What gives with that, for no apparent reason, that I know of!?!?

Ford Credit will take your call. No log in needed....and I imagine you will find the answer you need ( if not the one you want). If they say a payment is overdue, it likely is. But that may not be your fault. You don't mention how you are making payment ( none of our business). If online banking and sending that way out of your account to Ford you should have record of that with YOUR bank. If mailing a check...there would be a record at your bank of it being cashed. If no record, Ford didn't get it and it may be that you have the wrong address or Post Office is doing something wrong.
Start with calling Ford Credit payment department and ask how to fix the problem. They CAN help.

Why did you not respond to our attempts to understand and assist you in your previous thread in December? Do you just want to complain, not to resolve this? You claim the other party is “severely messing up” but we get no details of that and you ignore our replies to your thread.

Did you link your Ford account with your Ford Credit loan account? Have you politely asked the call center agents for assistance with this if you’re having difficulty?

How are you making your payments? When are they sent, and is it via mailed check? Through your bank’s bill pay service? Something else?

What does Ford Credit show for when your payments were received relative to their due dates?

Without details, it sounds like you’re sending payments in late and then taking it out on the call center agents. If that’s not the case, please provide more context.
