Ford Credit Card

I have a ford credit card which we all know we get five percent cash back. Took the Maverick in for an oil change entire rotation. Dealer charge me 3.5% to use the credit card. Has anybody run into this situation.

Depends on the dealership. Mine doesn't charge a processing fee in the garage but will if you use a card for vehicle purchases (deposits, etc.).
