Ford came thru at the end - All forgiven

I ordered my XLT Ecoboost with Lux package and copilot 360 on 12/08/2021. Received my truck 02/08/23 and it exceeds my expectations all round . Great service from my dealer but I was one of those who had issues with my private offer . Just received a check from Ford for $1750 . So patience and diplomacy paid off with a fabulous truck at an amazing price .
I trust Ford and forgive all the hiccups along the way - looking forward to getting my son his new Ford when ordering opens .
All I can say is stick with it , communicate with your dealer and things will work out in the end . Thanks to my dealer for great service and Tim the video guy for all his coaching along the way.

I'm with ya. Was pretty irritated with Ford for screwing around for 16 months but I got my XLT hybrid a couple of weeks ago and now I'm just happy.
