Ford accessories shipping time?

Just curious how long shipping has taken for people through the Ford accessories site. I ordered a bed mat last week for delivery to the dealer and it's still just confirmed.

I ordered a Tailgate spoiler on Wednesday and it showed up on Friday.
I was shocked it only took 3 days to be delivered.
must have been close to where I live.

Any parts I have ordered through my dealer is normally there the following day.

It’s been well documented that the “ship to dealer” option on the accessories site has lots of issues. I had an order last year that I selected to go to the dealer that never got fulfilled and both dealer and site were zero help. I ordered something a few months ago and just shipped it to my door and got it in 5 days.

Took 3 months with dealership and accessories customer service giving me the run around. They blamed eachother without just ordering me my parts. When dealing with them pay the 7 dollars and get it shipped to you directly

I've ordered a few times and had them shipped to me directly for free. Twice they showed up the next day, the third time two days later I'm guessing because I ordered too late in the day. It's extremely fast shipping I'm assuming only if you have it shipped directly to you.

Ordered a bed divider kit on the accessory site, took about a week to get delivery. Ordered a bed mat with points at the dealer parts counter, was in the next day.

My experience is pretty much the same. Order online, have it in 2 to 3 days. The only problem I've ever had was getting the cargo rack for my Bronco. That thing is not packaged well. Both times it arrived with one or both rails broken at the piece that attaches to the windshield header. They should leave those separate for those to be attached at install time. I am still waiting on replacement #3, and it takes forever since they tend to stay out of stock.

No, ordered a 23 Lariat hybrid model on 9/17/22, switched to turbo AWD ON 12/20/22, received a 2/21/23 production date on 1/12/23. Have ordered Tuxmats, bed mat, bed divider kit, arm rest cubby organizer and stubby antenna replacement. Just trying to have some things ready to go and ease the pain of paying for the SIBL and Retrax bed cover after delivery!
