Hi again - I added bed lighting to my 24 XLT hybrid, using the FlexBed pigtail. I am pretty sure that when I first did it in February, it would stay active for some time after I turned off the truck and exited.
Now it turns off as soon as I open the door. Makes it much less useful. (So do the 12v ports on the dash and back of the center console.)
I looked in the owner's manual and it doesn't mention the power staying on when the truck is off.
What does your do?
Other info:
-- I have not used Forscan at all.
-- I have a USB adapter with a voltmeter, and just before I open the door, it reads anywhere from 12.1 to 12.4; it turns off immediately regardless.
-- I have gotten the sleep mode message exactly twice; both times were the evening after after my wife went and hung out in a parking lot with the AC on for at least half an hour.
