Hi again - I added bed lighting to my 24 XLT hybrid, using the FlexBed pigtail. I am pretty sure that when I first did it in February, it would stay active for some time after I turned off the truck and exited.
Now it turns off as soon as I open the door. Makes it much less useful. (So do the 12v ports on the dash and back of the center console.)
I looked in the owner's manual and it doesn't mention the power staying on when the truck is off.
What does your do?

Other info:
-- I have not used Forscan at all.
-- I have a USB adapter with a voltmeter, and just before I open the door, it reads anywhere from 12.1 to 12.4; it turns off immediately regardless.
-- I have gotten the sleep mode message exactly twice; both times were the evening after after my wife went and hung out in a parking lot with the AC on for at least half an hour.

Mine stays on for 75 minutes (4500 seconds). That is what the accessory timeout is defaulted to for my '24 EB. I've never seen my battery read below 12.45 volts resting, after being driven. There is a "reserve" cutoff that will override the accessory timeout when voltage reaches a minimum threshold, but I don't know what that voltage is and the cutoff has never shut mine off early. The only accessory I regularly run when the key is off is a 5A thermoelectric cooler, and I believe I've seen my voltage as low as 12.2volts before the timeout.

As he said, the state of battery charge will override the timer setting for the power. On my XLT, the overnight drain of the battery is enough to require 30 or more miles of driving to keep the Auto Shutdown working (which I assume your hybrid does not have). It's screen will say engine running because vehicle is charging. I have observed if I don't drive it enough to get it fully charged, it appears to drag the battery lower and lower (I have not measured voltage) until eventually my 12V outlet shuts down like yours does. An overnight trickle charge or an extended highway trip--sometimes over 100 miles--is needed to restore normal operation.
I'm not sure this should be the normal operation. I will have it looked at when it's in for the next oil change.
