Flat towing electrical connections

Hi all, I will be adding a flat tow set up to my Lariat Hybrid. What should I ask the installer to make sure is included with the electrical connections? I have read some about battery drain when towing and want to make sure that doesn't happen. I am assuming that connections will be made for the towed vehicle to have brake lights, turnlights etc., but wondering what else I should be discussing. I will be towing with a Ready Brute 2 elite.

I also added a deflector to my DEMCO setup to keep road debris damage to a minimum. Tried it once and it seemed kind of flimsy, which is why I will be reinforcing it with Aluminum stiffening struts before the next trip. Below pic is generic; not my setup.
