These are my views/opinions so far on my trim: Cactus Gray Lariat with Lux package and Co-Pilot 360.

Capsule summary: I have about 400 miles of mixed driving, still on the first tank of gas, and I'm loving this truck so far. It's quiet, comfortable, smooth riding and, for me, has plenty of power. I have not tried taking corners aggressively, but the handling seems good - holds the line and corners flat. The seats are comfortable but I have not taken a road trip yet. I like the higher, more upright driving position compared to our 2018 Honda CRV (which is a nice car!). It's seamless, in a word. And in this color, I'm a little embarrassed to say, I think it's pretty. It's the perfect size for me. I've already taken the first bed-full of scrap wood and metal to the dump. Yeah, I got the bed dirty. It's a truck.

Things that, for me, are NOT problems so far:
- Radio.
- Jerky brakes.
- Power surges.
- Engine noise.
- The rear view mirror. (I did remove the head rests from the back seats and store them behind the backrest. I rarely have anyone back there.)
- Back-up camera.
- Hood shake - so far.
- Rattled, cracking or popping noises. None so far.

Dislikes - mostly nits:
- Yeah, the key fob is stupid big.
- I wish it would stay in the last drive mode, i.e. Eco, between startups.
- I would prefer that the lowered tailgate was level with the bed, as it was, as best I can remember, with my early 90s Toyota pickup, my mid-90s Ranger and my 2000 Toyota Tundra. See below.

Complaints - one so far:
- The driver side tailgate support is slack, by nearly an eighth of an inch, when the tailgate is down. And slack at the half-way point, too. I know this has been discussed on the forum before and many don't care. I do. I don't remember his being the case on any of my previous trucks. I believe this is a manufacturing or tooling problem.

Your Toyota's didn't have a cable. I liked the hinged bars on my Toyota, but if your going for low cost, cables fit the bill.

Yes, hybrid. 'Should have said that, eh.
Yeah it should be said, Ecoboost/Hybrid are very different - I do hear that the K/FOB is the size of a small banana ?

I love my FE Hybrid Mav, I have over 2K miles now on it. I have taken three trips over 500 miles each and the average has been over 42.5 mpg combined and in town between 45 to 50 mpg. My friend just filled his is F150 for $120.00 and mine was $48.00

Good point. I would be hard pressed to notice 1/8 inch of play in hinged bars, and to be honest, I haven't looked to see if my cables are exact match. So, they must be close enough or I would've noticed. I haven't tried eco mode yet on my hybrid. But, I am getting about 40. And the huge keyfob was the first think i noted. Well, it won't get lost that easy and everyone will think you are happy to see them! lol!
