First long tow trip

Just completed 5200 mile, 3 month road trip TX to ME with stops in TN, VA, CT, AL. 20 tow days and another 2000 miles driving the Maverick. No issues and pulled great. Set up was Blue ox base plate, Patriot braking system, and Blue ox Avail 10,000 pound tow bar. Really happy with the performance of the Maverick.

They are surprisingly good haulers.
What did you find the best speed to be? In my ecoboost I found 68-72 to be the best speed while hauling for stability and fuel economy.

Just to be clear, were you flat-towing the Maverick, or was your Maverick towing a trailer?

I flat towed my '24 Maverick 3300 miles last winter/spring from NJ to Fla and back. I had no issues at all, the only issue is not be able to go over 70 and having to have to stop every 6 hrs. Boy, do I wish I could go up to 75 and 8 hrs but I love this truck
