Go online to Ford and try building it. If it's available I believe you can order it.
EDIT:
Just tried it myself. It depends on your selections. I selected rapid Red and HAD to go Hybrid. If I selected Area 51, I could select 2.0 EcoBoost. Then as I went through and selected certain items it either said I had to make changes or allowed it. So it depends on what you select. I THINK!!!
