First Edition Decal Issue

So I thought maybe the FE decal gremlin bypassed mine but no luck! After just the 3rd wash in 4 months it happened to me
I heard of issues with the hood decal but not the hockey stick decals.

warranty, have dealer order new decals and install.

I have same RR FE so waiting on how long my decals will peel off before warranty expires.

I mean, I'm not in love with the decals but they're something that sets the model apart. Plus I don't want to go through the hassel of finishing the job a carwash (might) start. Hopefully many hours of Arizona sun helped those suckers adhere a little better? Kinda surprised they haven't just melted off at this point though!

I have the FX4 and been thru car wash 4 times and my decals are fine. I did look at them after each wash to make sure.

Hey, @Mav2. Was that damaged by hand-washing or a car wash? I have a FE, too - and so far I have been doing waterless cleaning (water restrictions in my area) - but I have only had my Mav for about 1 week.

It was a brand new drive thru touch less car wash dealer is covering it under warranty tho

That's great that the dealer is stepping up. I think Tim Bart (Ford Video Guy) said that Ford Motor Co was distancing themselves a bit from liability on those. That's what had me a bit concerned. Once those decals go, it's pretty much just a red pickup truck.
