I get it man. When I first had them do my 150. I didn’t have the stones to do the 93 tow tune. So I did 87 and ran 93.
I finally did at 100k and was think why I didn’t do it sooner way better mpg and power. It went the next 300k with the 93 while towing.
I’m at 88k tuned miles on mine from Livernois. Very good mix of 87-93 performance, 93, 87-93 towing, and e30

The EB engines respond really well to advanced ignition timing on E30...I wish I had easy access locally..
My FoST loved Ethanol. The timing advantages make a very noticeable difference in responsiveness. You'll max out the stock turbo boost (even on 91 tunes), but if you are doing a custom tune and have E85 nearby, I highly rec. it.
Your MPG WILL suffer, but the fun/smiles per miles will increase.

I'm really curious what the 2025 EB with Port and Direct injection will be capable of in regards to Ethanol.

A AWD Mav on Ethanol should put down a lot of other vehicles from 0 MPH. And make a lot of 'sporty' cars look bad.

The story of my life when it comes to tuning cars. Each time I did it, my initial response was asking why I waited. The Maverick has become a different vehicle IMO.
