First call in Carplay audio issues and other Carplay/radio issues.

I have similar issues with CarPlay not connecting right away and being inconsistent. It also does a weird switching from mono to stereo thing - or at least that’s what it sounds like. I’ll try updating software/firmware.
On a related note, when I called my dealer for service, they said I could bring it in and it would be a few days before they got to it to diagnose it…maybe a few more to fix…seriously? WTF?
