I took delivery of my Maverick on April 18th and so far I am a happy camper. I have clocked a bit over 3330km (2050mi). I have been driving mostly highway and got between 6.9l to 7.1 per 100km (33-34 MPG). I'm driving like an old man ~100-110kmh (62-67mph) and no hard accelarations.
I've been visiting my family up north and helped someone moved. It took many loads but the Maverick proved worthy.
I bought this thing mostly for camping, and boy this thing does not disappoint. It hauls more than a car or a small SUV. This is the ultimate machine for weekend warriors!
Cleary not capable as a F-150, but for the price and fuel economy, this thing is a no brainer. Oh! and I forgot to mention this thing is super easy to park in the city. Hope to post again at the end of the summer after countless camping trips.
