I hit the same issue for the first week. I believe CSX rail is for east of the Mississippi. Once our railcar was east of St. Louis, it worked well. Here is the thread that I used for CSX tracking.

Ours shipped from the plant June 16th and delivered to the dealership today.

Here is a sample of the CSX status messages along our Maverick's railcar journey:

6-23-2023 - "Returned to Rail" - Gateway Yard ILL, ALS (East St. Louis)
6-24-2023 - "Received at interchange at Rose lake, ILL"
6-25-2023 - "Big Four Yard in Avon, Indiana"
6-26-2023 - "Arrived at Louisville, KY"
6-27-2023 - "Departed for Baldwin, Florida"
6-30-2023 - "Arrived at Baldwin, Florida"
7-2-2023 - "Was constructively placed - Taft, Florida"
7-3-2023 - "Was placed at industry - Taft, Florida " (Final destination in car carrier lot)
7-4-2023 - "Empty - Has been moved from Industry to the Yard - Taft, Florida" (unloaded)

I checked the status of mine, as it was shipped from the factory on the 27th...but the information with the CSX system is old and just shows that the rail car was delivered to the Doremus Auto Ramp, NJ on June 4th. I didn't catch the date to start with, so I was actually really confused since it's being delivered to Texas. I had to confirm I had the number right with Ford, then listened to it again and realized the date. Looks like it'll get here when it gets here and I'll be pleasantly surprised.

You can ask your dealer where it is. They have a system that shows where it is every time it passes an RFID reader.

As you can see from my railcar progress. Ours was in Taft for three days, because it came in over the 4th of July weekend. Once the railcar became empty, it did not sit in the dealership's car hauler lot for long.

I was able to catch the car hauler delivering it at the dealership, when I noticed the Last Updated Date for the pizza progress tracker had been updated to July 5th, which I suspected was because it had been loaded on the car carrier or delivered. So, I drove to the dealership and caught it still on the truck and got to watch them unload it and hand it off the dealership.

You ordered yours about the same time we did. It has been a long wait, but now I can say it was worth it. At least yours is built and a real truck now. Hopefully the shipping will go smoothly as ours.
