I ordered a paddle shifter steering wheel and digital dash through Fast Mavericks via text message. I paid good money and it’s almost been a full 3 months. Should I be worried about it being a scam? Ivan hasn’t responded back to me on text and email. I don’t know how busy he is. He said he’s very busy so it will take a while. I paid through zelle which probably was a bad idea at the time.

I've done business w/ Ivan, and consider him a man of his word. Looking at his profile, he hasn't visited MTC since mid-July, so either he's on vacation, or in the brig.

I checked in with him via text earlier this week (not order related).
He's working a full time job and trying to ramp things up even more with Fast Mavericks.
He's had some other significant time sucks over the last couple months.
Not sure why he hasn't responded to you Jason.
I'd say keep trying.

oh he’s working a full time job and has a company?! He didn’t not lie about workin 100hrs a week.

I have some questions about an order I put in through fast mavericks about a week ago and can't seem to get a hold of anyone via phone or email. Do y'all have any suggestions as to what I should do next?

At this point I'm thinking about canceling the order, getting the intake elsewhere and getting the catch cans when he's available. Never done any of this when the vendor can't be reached. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? How to go about doing it?

Yeah I would cancel but a week wait isn’t really long if you have been a month then that’s a long time. If it’s 2 months then you would have to make a claim with your credit card company and with Zelle you can’t cancel. I’m not sure what going on but Ivan does seem like a genuine guy.

Exactly. That's why I feel genuinely conflicted about it. Dude legitimately sent me his personal number and answered questions about my build that I wanted to look into eventually but we're talking long haul.

Hey Kyle, I would suggest getting your money back and either buying from another source, or waiting until Fast Mavericks starts communicating with customers again.

I have nothing against Ivan, but last I seen, he was moving to NC to do Fast Mavericks full time. My issue with seeing this simple statement posted all over the place, is that many, MANY customers haven't heard a peep from him in many weeks. If your intent is to do Fast Mavericks full time, customer service should reflect that.

Also, Fast Mavericks is no longer a sponsor here, which is extremely concerning considering this is the premiere forum for this platform. I tried to look at the threads Fast Mavericks has started, and every single one I looked at was locked! Something is going on, and I would take precautions ASAP to make sure you don't lose out on your cash/purchase.

It's entirely possible the move is happening and he hasn't gotten fully back up and going yet, but there is ZERO reason to not be posting updates and replying to customers. I want FM to succeed, but I also don't want to see people lose their money, as these parts aren't cheap!

This is just my recommendation and $.02!
