The bed has several drainage holes front and back. The liner is well done and leaves those holes open so the bed will drain, should it get wet.

Any chance you know the diameter of the SIBL drainage holes? I want to buy an inspection camera to inspect the gas tank.

I don’t know your build number but, they are inspecting all trucks that are within a range that this happened in. The holes are very small and I can measure them but if you aren’t smelling gas, or seeing gas on the ground, chances are your fine. If you want to be sure, just tell the dealer you smell gas and they will check for you, on fords dime.

Personally I would opt for an aftermarket spray in bed liner. There is a video on Youtube where an F-150 owner with factory spray in bed liner wants it removed and a Line-x liner installed and when they remove the factory liner you can see there is zero prep work done and it almost peels right off. Line-x preps the surface by scuffing it for better adhesion which is probably why they offer a lifetime warranty whereas there are so many accounts of the Ford factory bedliner peeling within a few years.

I just emailed a request to drop the spray in bed liner from my XL hybrid order, maybe it will expedite my build some. I do like it with the Ford logo though.

I ordered two XL Mavericks, one with a spray in bedliner and one without and oddly the one with it was scheduled for production first.
