Evoc tailgate pad

Just received my new tailgate pad. Like the set up just 2 complaints that are on me not the manufacturer. The tailgate handle cover is too small to utilize the backup camera. The inner width is just a tad too wide and you have to move it around the tailgate catch posts. Other than that I love it!

I had the EVOC but it seemed too wide to me. The pad would catch in the tailgate side latches when closing the gate.

Swapped with the Raceface one and it fits great.

Yeah, the raceface one has a huge opening for the backup camera. You can dial it in pretty tight or just open up the whole thing.

I have the new Fox one and it fits perfectly. It has a velcro insert that allows having bikes all the way across and it won't hurt the logo, handle, paint. But can be removed to allow open access to the handle and also allows for camera use. The pad needs to be the right position otherwise it can creep up and partially block the camera. But it works super well.

I got the Evoc Duo for Christmas. The little half size one for my Giant Trance X. Looks nice. All I need now is a truck.

I know this is an old thread, but I came across it when researching what tailgate pads to get. I thought I might go with the EVOC, but then decided against it because I wanted to have access to the my rearview camera. I ended up going with the Fox Overland for Mid-sized trucks.
