Looks like I may have some damaged wiper fluid hoses. Wiper fluid spray seemed at 50% on my '23 Hybrid so I took it into the dealer. They said there were signs of rodent chewing on the hoses and that it would cost $400 to repair (!).

I'm hoping I can DIY a repair by either taping it or using heat shrink tubing. Anyone have any tips on how to easily inspect and access the wiper fluid tubing with minimal removal of parts or panels? Thank you in advance!

Ignore the yellow circle, but once you remove some of the clips on the back side of the wheelwell, you can see the reservoir and the pump. I'd start there.

Thanks for the tip and visual aid. I'll give that a try and report back!

In case anyone has this problem, after inspection I did in fact find bite marks on some of the wiper fluid hoses. Luckily I was able to reach the damaged area without removing any parts and wrapped it tight with some self-fusing silicone tape. That did the trick and saved me an expensive appointment at a garage. Eventually that hose will need to get replaced, but wiper fluid is working fine for now.
