YES!!! The same people who come on a "lowered thread" to bitch about lowered trucks are just trolls. I absolutely HATE the camper shells available for the Mav, but I don't go to their threads to make my dislike of their garbage heard.

It’s incredibly clear that hardly anyone here knows anything about lowered vehicles. They aren’t hard to drive, done properly they’re not that bad on your suspension and don’t have to be a terrible ride. As far as the OP, that would most definitely be on airbags which allow you to raise the truck to stock height to drive so no, turning left and right would not be an issue.
