Oh I do indeed know the slope. I started making thai iced teas at home with half and half or sweetened condensed milk... that is dangerous.

It's kinda stupid simple, there are a bunch of recipes (try this for example).

I used this tea and this filter.

• Bring pot of water to a boil
• Add 1 cup tea, 4 cups water, 3/4 cup sugar (more or less until you figure out your preferred sweetness). Give it a stir.
• Boil for a few minutes, then take if off the heat.
• Let it rest for a while to cool off and for spirit energies to infuse into the sugar crystals (recipe says 30 minutes).
• Strain into another device for pouring easier through the filter linked above.
• Ice cubes in a tall glass, pour in the tea, then dump your desired amount of heart-clogging half and half.
• Cleanup: Turn tea filter inside out over the trashcan to dump the used tea, soap+rinse well to get the rest of the particles off, let it dry for next use.

No spices? The thai iced tea recipes I've seen call for cardamom IIRC and some other stuff.

This is the stuff the restaurants use I believe, or something very similar. An authentic Thai Iced Tea? I have no idea about that lol, but this did hit the spot for that Thai Ice Tea itch.

I'm a coffee person with absolutely no refinement in my taste. Too long drinking Folgers at work. Now I drink the stuff at home. Also none of that sugary stuff for me, I like my O's straight with milk and blueberries.
