DTCs with Sync 4 12" transit retrofit

So I went the Ebay route and did this upgrade. It really looks great and I love it so far but I have some DTCs I can't resolve. I have HVAC RCM and BCM with U0253 DTC. I'm not noticing any actual problems but I'm guessing the modules are looking for the old APIM somewhere. I've looked at a lot of the guys that have posted their asbuilt configs for doing this upgrade but since everyone's options are different I haven't figured out if this is normal or I have a setting ticked wrong. This is my current setup I omitted the checksum values.

I flashed my DTC with a BRM and RDM and overrode the ECU with a Fortran remode - of course don't forget to replace both batteries and scan the codes

Retired tech , still contact my buddies. U0253 is a common code on Mavericks. Have been told to ignore it. If you do The pinpoint tests it will lead you to nothing wrong.
