After talking to Ford customer service today, I called my dealer and said let's drop the hitch since it is a constrained item. He confirmed that his Manager dropped the hitch from my order this afternoon. I had already changed from hybrid to ecoboost, so now my order has no constraints. Now, let's see if I can get scheduled soon. I had been told a week or so ago that my order could not be changed.
