I recently purchased a rough country trifold hard tonneau cover and I have the drop in bedliner but I don't see anywhere to run the drain tubes. I used the garden hose and shot water into the bed and I see it coming out underneath. Does anyone know where exactly to put the drain tubes I don't really want to drill another hole in my bed.

They are on both sides.
See the picture.
Unfortunately you're drop-in bedliner probably covers them up.
Good luck

Yes there is dirt in my truck bed. 🫣

Well that's not too smart a Ford if we're going to put that drop in liner not to have a hole there where you could put your tubes

I chose a different route when waterproofing my cover.

There was already holes in the forward corners of the bed, so ran the hoses through them, so they would drain out the lowest point rather than running down the bed sides.

It’s easy to remove the sides of the drop in liner. The place to drill the liner is marked on the back and there are rubber plugs to remove in the bed.

My FX four hard trifold steers all the water towards the back of the cab as it folds up and drains it through rubber tubes you glue into holes in the bed you might check the FX for owners manual installation online to find where those holes are because mine drains from tip to end. It’s the main reason I went with the pricey trifold FX four

You have to take the bedliner out and on the back side there is a spot that is marked to drill it out. They lined back up perfectly with the rubber grommet when I did mine. Sorry about the glare on the second picture but I think you get the idea.
