Didn’t see any posts on this topic, but it became important for me as we recently adopted a 6yo big boy 100lb German Shepherd.
Amazing dog but he was frustrated with slipping and tripping in the back seat as I braked or turned.
Plus he not only sheds, but he also drools (Turner & Hooch) which is not cool.
I ended up getting this for only $43 on eBay. He loooves it — now he has room to turn around in the backseat and can’t slip off into the void lol. It’s just the cover with zippered pockets for the 8 large plastic inserts. Simple, quickly removable, and cheap. The straps are small but sturdy.
My only disappointment was she wasn’t in the package lol.
You can see this on eBay and Amazomby at various prices but they all seem the same.

I have the Maybett cover and a 75 pound lab. No problems although I was very careful the first couple of time to let the headrest hoods stretch gradually. Now they come on and off with no problem. I did put a piece of carpet on the floor so pooch doesn’t slide around

That looks very much like the one i bought from Costco and transferred into my Maverick. Works very well. I don't have a dog, but needed something to protect the leather in my Fusion PHEV since the trunk was nearly useless, everything went into the back seat.

Adding a piece of carpet across is actually a great idea for extra grip.

Good looking dog and is a big boy, looks like you might benefit from some headliner protection also, but I don't know of any.
