My 2003 F150 had a third pedal.. E brake.

Remember the first push button start was in 1912. the manufacturers went away from them for quite a long time.

I personally don’t have any issues without a rear defroster…but my next Maverick will have a FOB with no key.

I can live without push button, but being in northeast the rear window deforster is needed even with the back window being straight up and down... dont get mirrors being heated but not that ?

So add defroster. aftermarket rear defroster

Good cars, yes. Like my bike has a second hand lever.

Once you have it there is no going back. Not having to fumble with keys is extremely convenient. It is a must have on all future vehicle purchases for me.

I like the key. I know it is off. My eco boost is so quite I have to look at the tac to make sure it is off when I get out of the truck. If in the rare occasion I have the radio on and the volume goes off I know the engine is off. We have a van with the push button start and one morning I went to let the dog out through the garage and she smell was bad. Being summer thank god the windows were open. Long story short my wife did not turn the car off. The Mav has a. 30 min time out if no actions it will turn off.

we all have our opinions. My Prius is so quite I have left it running a few times. I also have Left the keys in the car too many times as I hate having them in my pocket while driving.

My Traverse beeps the horn if you get out without taking the keys, running or not.
