Does your passenger side look like this?

I had my truck in for repair to get the CV axles changed as well as for water leaking into the cabin. They said they replaced the evaporator and the carpet because it was moldy from being soaked for so long. I picked up the truck and drove it home and it wasn't until a few days after I noticed this piece of plastic on the passenger side by the floor boards. Has that always been there? I always have rubber mats that cover almost the whole side, but don't remember that being there before. If it was great. If not, a call to the dealer is in order. See pictures.

Here's what it looks like with it pulled off and the glove compartment out.
If you are going to pull fuse 11/12 under the blue panel is where the fuse panel is.
Your cabin air filter is also located straight ahead in the photo right above the round circular as area.

Thanks for reminding me to check my cabin air filter. I never checked it after all the water got into the cabin and I doubt the dealer bothered to replace it when they fixed the other items.

That plastic piece has a Fuse icon on it. There's a fuse box behind it and the plastic piece protects it.
