Disappointing update email

I received an update today on my "stuck in production" XLT today saying it was still being built but has experienced unexpected delays. It was in production since Jan 29th. I've called customer care multiple times and was told it was produced. I did verify Jan 31st that my modules were on. I called the dealer before I got this update and they said it was back from a body location?? He asked if I has a spray in liner, and I said no, the XLT now gets the drop in liner. Does anyone know if the drop in liner is installed in the production line or off site?

Same email/situation with my order (hybrid XLT, lux, CP360). Originally said in production on 1/29 but switched to 2/2 when the modules became active. No additional information from my dealer or Ford. Back to waiting.

I believe all accessory type options are installed off site.

FYI The XLT only gets the drop in bed liner with the Luxury package. My plane jane XLT does not have it.
